What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? Access PeopleHR is an excellent tool. It has streamlined our HR process from recruitment to payroll. Pre-sales great - implementation and service not.
We signed up to the comprehensive Access People HR software package, and we were upfront (but realistic) about our need for implementation to be prompt, as we had limited time to get the system into place. We were happy to put in the work on our side to ensure a fast implementation, and were assured everything would be done to make the process as speedy as possible. Pre-sale video calls were excellent and informative. As soon as we agreed to purchase, everything went quiet. Chased up 3 ...

Worst experience
I have never experienced customer service like this, or the lack of it! Absolutely awful. PeopleHR product is clunky and the customer service non existent! They are now breaking their own T&Cs and completely unfazed by this.
