"Underwhelmed -potential not realised"
What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? "Got most essentials and much more"
What do you like best about Access PeopleHR? It's logbook is the most utilized feature. It's a customizable form option which can track custom data and files at employee level. What do you dislike about Access PeopleHR? Appraisal feature is quite un-usable due to it's lack of customizability. What problems is Access PeopleHR solving and how is that benefiting you? Can go paper less.

Easy communication & smooth experience
Very good training experience with Thomas, from my point of view he really tries to adapt to the trainees circumstances, his communication is honest and considering it was a technical training he really tried to make it easier for the user. Thank you Thomas!

Tom was very patient and friendly throughout the whole training. Took the time to explain and demonstrate things as many times as we needed and made us feel at ease.

Good relationship and service so far
We are developing a good working relationship with Access. Depending on the number of products you have it can initially be slightly confusing due to the number of stakeholders but once you have a clear account manager and customer relationship manager things are easier. We have a particularly strong working relationship with our Customer Success Manager Marc. Looking forward to continuing to work together and improving our HRIS and colleague experience
