What do you like best? A great feature with Absorb LMS is the amount of customization and personalization you can do across different departments and different users. It allows you to tailor learning as needed. Making different courses, billboards, and curricula available to different user groups and departments has been fantastic in helping us customize the learning experience for all of our users. What do you like best? I like how easy and versatile they system is. We have expanded our usage of the system lately and started building our own interactive eLearning content. Uploading a Scorm 1.2 file and passing the quiz results to Absorb has been seamless. The functionality in Absorb has allowed us to reduce cost by eliminating other testing solutions. Absorb is a straight forward, easy to use LMS.

What do you like best? How simple it is to use. How I can find what I'm look for through various avenues. What do you dislike? The help center can be a bit lacking when trying to find an answer. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of users learning progress. Easily able to update files and maintain records.

I love the system. Initially the service was not ideal but they have improved considerably in 2019

What do you like best? The ease of use, the simple design makes it an intuitive system. Reporting is easy and can be filtered in many ways to accommodate user requests. What do you like best? The admin features are very user friendly. They have a great support site to answer any questions you might run into as well as an excellent customer support team if needed. It is a big system but once you understand the navigation (of the admin side), it is very easy to generate reports and manage courses and users. Very happy with the Absorb LMS

What do you like best? Being able to have on demand solutions to problems and questions that I have by utilizing Absorb Academy as well as the Absorb support site which has Informative articles and FAQs. If I am unable to find the answer that I am looking for, submitting a ticket is an easy process and it is answered in a timely manner. What do you dislike?
