From Emily who helped us during the set up phase, to Christelle who made the whole thing happen for real (she was so helpful!), the entire team is well trained, warm, and knowledgable. They make time to see you and communicate well, making the whole process very easy. They are also very organized, and I really liked the implementation schedule we used.
