What do you like best about 800.com? Very easy to review and purchase numbers What do you dislike about 800.com? From what I use, I didn't have any issues What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We didn't have any problems, very easy to work with, including setting up forwarding.

"Rental Property 1-877 number"

What do you like best about 800.com? The new Vanity number was set up in less than 48 hours!! What do you dislike about 800.com? My only regret is that I did not find them sooer. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? For over two decades, I was using my number to run our rental property. Now we have a 1-800 number

"Fast and efficient process"

What do you like best about 800.com? I was able to secure my vanity number exactly how I wanted it to appear. The monthly plan is a little more than my previous provider however 800.com offers a lot more options to customize greetings, voicemails and etc What do you dislike about 800.com? Cost was a bit more than competitors. However securing my vanity # is worth it. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to use my business name in my phone number.

"Very easy process and customer service was outstanding"

What do you like best about 800.com? We ordered a 800 number but apparently I chose the wrong plan as the plan on our end was to port the number out to our provider. Firstly creating an account and finding a number were both very easy. When we submitted a port request two customer folks reached out Matt and Glenn and told me where the initial sign-up issue occured and help me et the porting completed and any refunds due processed. What do you like best about 800.com? Every time I've called, I've been supported by patient, courteous representatives. It has put my mind at ease. Sometimes you sign up for programs and get zero help- I was apprehensive initially. Still, I am so pleased I have no worries about running into difficulty or needing help upgrading or adding services and not reaching anyone or having to wait an excessive amount of time to be contacted. "Great product great service"

What do you like best about 800.com? I like to be able to send and receive text from the 800 number. What do you dislike about 800.com? That i have to add up my mins myself for the current month Also, when you forward calls its not sent to my VM instead after a few rings to call is disconnected . What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? I like that I was able to add a local number without having to add another line to my cell provider
