What do you like best about 800.com? The ease of use of the system. Customer Service goes above and beyond! What do you dislike about 800.com? I don't dislike ! It all works together for my business goals! What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Cost vs what I require in an online phone system.

"Simple, and easy to use. No errors so far."
What do you like best about 800.com? I really enjoy the extensions feature, it makes call routing simple and organized. What do you dislike about 800.com? No downsides stick out to me, sometimes I find that the call recording get cut short. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We utilize 800.com for our company phone number, which allows us to route incoming calls to the correct department for multiple companies.

What do you like best about 800.com? I was very pleased with the clear definition of services offered and the ease of signing up. The entire process took 15 minutes to establish and forward my new toll free phone number to my cell phone! What do you dislike about 800.com? There wasn't much to dislike honestly. Searching for a vanity number was a bit cumbersome and required searches that took a while. Some of the "alternate" suggestions the site made were not usable to me. What problems is ...

What do you like best about 800.com? Stable no-frills service, good quality sound and reliable notifications. Long recording times, and a good interface for setting up outbound messages. Pricing is great! CS team added fax for no additional charge, AWESOME!!
