"GREAT Service!!"

What do you like best about 800.com? I love being able to give my customers a toll-free number to reach our customer service department. What do you dislike about 800.com? Having to hit 1 before I can answer my calls. It's tough when I'm driving. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? I love that we can now text. I wasn't aware that we could do that. = )

"Great Experience"

What do you like best about 800.com? Everything is in one spot. It's a one-stop-shop. I can manage and control all the calls and messages in one place. Additionally, I can manage the messaging in one place as well. Very helpful What do you dislike about 800.com? Random spam callers using up my monthly plan minutes. It appears to be numbers out of the blue that I've never heard of before. I wish there was a filter helping separate these type of calls. Perhaps there is and I'm just not aware ...

What do you like best about 800.com? The fact that I can text my customers and can easily. What do you dislike about 800.com? No bluetooth capabilities in mobile app. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Add Bluetooth to Mobile Application.

What do you like best about 800.com? The ease of use in getting set up was the best part of using 800.com - my 1866 number was super easy to set up and setting up was no problem whatsoever. What do you like best about 800.com? After having hard time sourcing a custom vanity number, a peer referred me to 800.com. 800.com was intuitive + easy setup & navigation. Also had all features needed! What do you dislike about 800.com? Only thing I can think of is not coming up on searches when I was looking for custom vanity phone #. "Easy to setup, easy to use if you just want to receive calls"

What do you like best about 800.com? It's very simple to set and use the calls come through with no problem, the app lets me see messages, voice mails and I can manage the calls in an efficient maner. What do you dislike about 800.com? The way the text messages and voicemail sync is not the best, they take time to download, and sometimes if you want to repeat the message the time feed from the app gets stuck and you have to start all over What problems is 800.com solving and how is that ...
