What do you like best about 800.com? Flexibility, ease of set up, reliability What do you dislike about 800.com? Having to pay extra for text messaging features. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed to serve the entire state from a network perspective. I did not need the cost of additional phones. 800.com solved this for us!

"Very convenient"

What do you like best about 800.com? It was quick to sign up and activate and have a toll free number ready for my business so easily. I love the recorded automatic messages too. I didn't really find many competitors. I gravitated to this because of the name I suppose. What do you dislike about 800.com? Nothing much. I do have a number which uses more letters than the numbers allow so I'm not sure how that works. I didn't quite read the instructions. Don't remember seeing any. But I figured ...

What do you like best about 800.com? Customer Service was fast and helpful - I was performing a complicated request and they called me direct and I immediately felt I had an actual account rep. What do you dislike about 800.com? Have yet to see any downside - they even helped me get a vanity number and forward it to the other service I am using for the rest of my call routing for 2 companies! "Vanity Phone Number at 800.com for Easy Client Recall"

What do you like best about 800.com? Being able to identify a phone number that included our brand name within it. They also provide extensive analytics features. What do you dislike about 800.com? Honestly can't think of anything I dislike about 800.com--there are more features than we even use and feel like there's still room for us to explore!
