Signing up online was easy and the content was well worth the cost. The bonus certs offered for free was a nice touch. I was double charged possibly due to user error. However, when I called customer service to request a refund, the representative was unable to complete the simple request though they were able to confirm the double charge. An email requesting the refund needed to be sent from the rep. No incident or report number or a confirmation of any kind was able to be provided to me. ...
