Too many questions
Too many questions. Very frustrating test. You kept asking for my name and my phone and street address over and over that was really irritating. You need to remove that.

Easy, Breezy, Beautiful, Food Handler's Cert
Easy, quick, and the lessons aligned with specific videos and graphics that helped me remember the correct processes or terminology. In probably 15 - 30 minutes I had my food handler's certification!

Enrollment is quick and simple to receive Course…
It was quick to enroll and receive the testing package. Easy to read and listen to. Paced at a good speed to capture the info. Offered mini tests. I signed up for a Responsible Vendor license I felt there was way too much space and time given for Tobacco. It made me forget some of the stats I needed. Took test twice. I needed assistance to get the handbook and was promptly helped when I called but the online rep did not help. (So I had to call)
