Poor business practice, no refunds even when you cant access the course!
I have been using this website for years, and have sent numerous employees to this site to receive training, but I will no longer be doing so. I had technical difficulties w/ the site and asked for a refund. I was told because it had been 3 days they would not refund me. The course had not been taken, and was still not opened. Why would you not refund a loyal customer $16? Terrible business practice. You just lost 30-40 course purchases a year. I'll be using another site from now on.

Waste of time
Waste of time. I finished the whole course easily in 22 hours..... meaning i had to spend 8 more hours refreshing that bs course. Totally a waste of money. Either should be cheaper, or more informative.

Still not a bad course.
The narrator got cut off on every slide and didn’t finish it. Some of the activities were before the information was taught for that activity.

I didn't like how it was a timer for the test. Overall good questions, got me to rethink my answers in a few questions
