Does not let you use mobile devices
I purchased the managers food certification course on July 10th. Within an hour I was on the phone with customer support. You can not use mobile devices to take this course. Customer support was good,except one girl who kept talking...never listened and just kept asking the same questions over and over.At this point I requested a refund. I thought it was an informative testing. The fact that you actually had to pay attention in order to pass shows that those who do the program will likely walk away with knowledge retained.

Platform is dated, aging. Had a hard time loading graphics. Content good, thorough. Wish there was a state specific module too. Support was good. I would do this again. Can't beat the convenience.
