Big disappointment
Big disappointmentI purchased the NC pre-licensing Property & Casualty course for $99. I didn't like that as soon as I finished a chapter assessment, it disappeared. I could not go back and review the questions I got right or wrong. It was very inexpensive and this is a great example of you get what you pay for. Another issue: their website states that there is "Course Access" for 90 days from date of registration, however as soon as I finished the course exam, I had no access to the ...

The program keep kicking me out for no…
The program keep kicking me out for no reason, I was rush thinking it was going to lock me out for good. You get 2 tries then the 3 your locked out and have to repay for the course. You have to fix the system better.

The button to advance to next page…
The button to advance to next page needs to be eliminated, it took 40 hours to get through the 30 hour course due to the timer on the button is not synced to actual page durations....

OVERALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE...AS EXPECTED. MY ONLY COMMENT IS THAT A LOT OF THE QUESTIONS ON THE MODULE TESTS SEEM TO BE DOUBLE NEGATIVES, LEAVING THE ANSWERS AMBIGUOUS.....such as.....IF SOMETHING ISN'T NEEDED FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT A HAZARD THEN WHAT IS NOT NEEDED?.....THE ANSWER COULD BE SOMETHING LIKE "GUARDRAIL IS NOT NEEDED" or "GUARDRAIL" ......both would be correct

This course covered the relevant material, however there were a lot of spelling mistakes in the questions and some of them didn't even make sense. It made me question the quality of this course.
