Does the trick but could use some work
There is a lot of info and it is comprehensive, but it needs some quality control. Some words are mispronounced. Sometimes there isn’t text on a slide, but the voice recording continues on. The photos don’t always match up with what is being discussed on the slide. Some video material might be helpful to add in. Not a bad course. Just needs some attention put into it.

Good course but only one review allowed
I took the prerecorded online package deal, course + exam for the Food Safety Manager. I found the course to be good, but I was disappointed to learn that once finished I could not review the course again. This service should be improved in my opinion, with unlimited reviews.

This site does not even deserve 1 star
This site does not even deserve 1 star. Everytime during an assessment it would freeze and I would have to start over. After going back and forth with their chat live person for a refund they said they couldn’t give one??? That doesn’t even make sense, when I didn’t even get to finish one course because their site was so horrible!! Way better sites out there don’t pick this one!

I'd prob give this 4.5 stars if I could...There were some technological glitches when using my iPhone 11pro and iPad (2018) particularly on the assessments. In one instance I had to restart an assessment 2x and it would lock up on the same question (dont recall module or question and I didnt write it down or contact anyone). I just came home and took the assessment on my PC. The content is excellent along w/ the graphics. I wish it would move a little faster since I read faster than the ...
