Completed the food manager safety class.
The class was complete and well done. I take the final test tomorrow let’s see how I do!! I used 360 five years ago and I did great. Now I’m renewing my certificate. I’m sure I’ll do great. I feel prepared. Thanks 360.Great news I took the final test with a great proctor observing, and I passed!Now I’m good for 5 more years as a good Food Safety Manager. 😀

THIS WAS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME POSSIBLE. SAVE YOURSELVES FROM EVEN CONSIDERING THIS COURSE. THEY TAKE THEIR TIME GETTING BACK TO YOU. THEIR AGENTS ARE ROBOTS WHO FAIL TO PROVIDE ANY USEFUL FEEDBACK OR EBEN DIVE INTO THE ISSUE TO GET IT SOLVED. YOU MUST GO OUT AND FIND SOMEONE TO PROCTOR AN EXAM AND PAY FOR IT AFTER PAYING A FORTUNE FOR THESE CLASSES. I had to repurchase the course because of lake of communication from 360 and I can't even go back in to study without buying course again, GREED. I will partner with another company to offer a better course and better customer service. I will also contact BBB.

I already wrote a review. You made me do a review before you would let me get my certificate which I thought was very unfair. One could be afraid that if the review was not good enough that you might not get the certificate after spending 3-4 hours going through the course. You should have my review which primarily criticized the terrible test. I passed which wasn't the point, a test should test the applicant on the exact material in the presentation. Rate of service, and prompt to the point lessons. After talking with a representative today. I asked about an e-book study guide, which is not provided with the class. Basically, you have to go back to the website in case you need to study more. You just have to memorize everything. Other than that, the service is pretty good.Truly,Kara Pringle
