If you are thinking of using this…
If you are thinking of using this platform to provide training to your employees, think again. I spend more time dealing with customer service than anything else. I have never been able to sign an employee up for an OSHA course without an issue. I would recommend everyone using ClickSafety or anything besides 360training.

This company is by far the worst!!!!
This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with in reference to continuing education. When I signed up, the representative gave me the wrong package, which let me to have to complete an additional course, and pay an additional fee. It also cost me 5 hours of extra time. You think they would wave the fee since it was their mistake. In addition, when I called to question the course, the representative, who was extremely rude yelled at me. Very unprofessional. Be careful when using this website and…
Be careful when using this website and their services as a whole. 2 days in a row while taking a proctored exam half way through the exam they experience a server hiccup and I know this because of the message on their screen ending my exam. I called in and they just keep putting the blame on my connection and they're like simply just retake the exam again and hopefully it wont happen again. Seriously? They had me do a speed test and all and everything meets their requirements. Just be ...
