The food handling training didn't…
The food handling training didn't prepare me for the Manager's certification exam. I wish there was a Manager's training course so it would better prepare me for the exam. The exam was really difficult since the food handling course didn't cover half of the exam questions.

a great course
the course really encompasses everything you need to know for the certification, and goes into detail on all the rules/regulations, and safety laws. I really found it very well organized, and the instructions for everything were clear. Please make sure to call for physical scheduling to customer support because it's assuming you are taking an online test.

I was pleased with the course, covered everything that was on the module exams and those helped make the final exam a breeze!! Overall, would recommend this course to anyone who needs to get it done in a timely manner.

What I liked and disliked.
What I liked:- exposure to new ideas, issues I'd never have thougth of.- interactive quizes reinforced material- Overall, I'm glad I took the course.What I didn't like:- Often the spoke words didn't line up with written text.- Sometimes the picture on the screen didn't match the subject.- Twice the quiz was presented before the material.- Test questions were not always clear. At the end of one module, one of the questions was a statement of fact, not an actual question.- Occaisionally the ...
