The course is easy to follow
The course is easy to follow. However, the questions on the evaluation are mostly irrelevant for e.g. how my instructor performance is etc, etc.This is an online course. I like to suggest to change those irrelevant questions.Thank you.

Perfect starter course!
The course was very helpful and enlightening on tactics to use in the real world environment. Thorough and well presented, I definitely recommend taking this course if you’re thinking about pursuing a career in the food and beverage industry.

Food Handler's Course
I completed the Food Handler's course, went to print out my certificate, and on the bottom it says "valid for 1 month to acquire a Food Handler's Permit." I thought that's what I was paying for, but apparently I wasted 30 bucks and two hours on this course. I tired reaching out to support, and have still heard nothing. The videos didn't load, and I stream and game on my wifi, so I doubt that's the issue. The course also contained A TON of unnecessary information.

Horrible online courses
Horrible online courses, horrible customer service. Try another reputable company. You will never reach a rep by phone, chat will take more than 30 minutes. This company offers sorry online courses that are timed and not self paced. This course is boring and outdated. Read the reviews on Better Business Bureaus website first.They will refuse a refund and keep your money while delivering a substandard product.
