The instructions were horrible
The instructions were horrible. The first link I clicked said to download and read the 250 page pdf. After spending 3 days reading that, I clicked the second link to take the test. But lo and behold, it made me go through the entire pdf again in slide format. I wasted 20 hours to get this cert.

I think it's too much to expect us to know the nuances of Class A B and licenses based on what we learned in this class.

The computer program is very lackluster…
The computer program is very lackluster and needs work. I guess it served it’s purpose as long as I get my osha 30 card, but to be honest the course is very outdated.

Set aside 2 hours, the set up is brutal!
Test experience was fine, but the set up took forever and was overkill. My total time online was just over 2 hours, total time actually taking the test was about 40 minutes. Made me put spyware on my computer and nail a comforter to my wall because I did not have curtains over the landscape window, as if someone was going to feed me the answers thru the window or take photos of my screen. Seriously, the test is not that hard, certainly no need to cheat. One problem I noticed is that the ...

Not impressed
Course was okay but pretty dry, especially the parts with the computer generated voice. Some of the focus was on random topics that most kitchen managers would not be dealing with, and a large portion was about HACCP creation and implementation. The separate exam for certification had a glitch and tossed me off part of the way through. Fortunately, I had completed just enough of it to get a passing score.

It was very smooth service
It was very smooth service. After completing the credits, 360training also submitted the certificates to the TREC. No need to upload them in TREC web site.

360 training is the best online…
360 training is the best online training. They break down each lesson 1 by 1 and give you a small pop quiz at the end of each to help you review and test your understanding. Everything they make you do leading up to the main test truly helps you.
