Very straight to the point
I have used 360training.com to get my TABC certificate twice already and I have never been disappointed. I like how quick and efficient the materials are and how easy it is to find the courses. 360 Report Service #fail
Once again, POOR service with this company. This is my 2nd report on them. They fail to keep their end of the bargain to report completed courses to SIRCON within 24 to 48 hours. I tried to chat with them. Jacqueline ended the CHAT abruptly. Mary May hasn't written me back yet and it's been a few minutes. I've snipped our conversation so I can send to CA Dept Of Insurance. If I hadn't contacted them, my completed tested would still be sitting in their system - not sent to SIRCON. Please use ...

You get what you pay for
-Most of the information was helpful but I found it redundant in some chapters - like it was being repeated as filler to ensure the required hours were met. -Examples would have been appreciated rather than just copying the legal language of definitions and requirements. -Some of the knowledge checks and test questions did not have the correct answers listed as an option and the feedback for I correct answers didn’t seem to match the question asked - review your tests for accuracy.-More ...
