Terrible service
Had to reconnect 3 times because the proctor had trouble hearing me.Feel like being treated as a criminal with all the harsh words and commands. scanning the room is one thing, but showing what is in my pocket? are you kidding me?! If you want to hear and see me, have the courtesy to show yourself and speak.
