The information was generally helpful with some issues to counter the positve.
The information was generally helpful. Of all the CE classes from different online companies that I took, it was probably the only one that I actually learned from or refreshed knowledge from. The debt ratio info is outdated/too simplistic for current loan guidelines. Some builder/financing info also appeared to be outdated or possibly regional as it was largely inapplicable to anything I've experienced in either Idaho or Utah. I registered for the 360 Real Estate…
I registered for the 360 Real Estate Salesperson training and went through the 1st assessment. I have a Master's Degree and work as a School Counselor so I have been through a lot of Professional Development trainings and online classes. This was the worst online training or class I have ever seen. There were no videos to watch. It was like a legal textbook divided into a bunch of sections and then a short quiz after a large amount of reading material. There had to be better options. I ...

Very helpful and informative
Very helpful and informative. A few video/app glitches but usable. Needs to start covering allergies like gluten and other up to date allergens and possibilities of cross contamination with them.
