Chromebook Difficulty, inadequate customer service
It wasn't extremely clear in the course instructions that a chromebook was not sufficient for the final proctored exam at the end. After taking the course and getting more than halfway through the beginning steps to taking the exam, I encountered difficulty and was unable to take it because of my chromebook. I have email and go on live chat with a representative regarding to my SST card that I was suppose to receive in mail months ago but unfortunately that SST card never came . Took the course in august and completed in mid August so is been 3 month already

Horrible company
Horrible company, horrible customer service and horrible program. I would never recommend this program to anyone taking it for the TX adjuster licensing test. The program won't allow you to skip to just the sections you need to review nor will it allow you to go back and review in between test attempts. Furthermore, they don't disclose any of this information before you buy the course. I was recommended by a friend to take the class through WebCE after I purchased this program and I wish I ...

The only reason I gave you four stars…
The only reason I gave you four stars was the videos stated you must wear gloves when handling food, changing them, washing your hands, changing them etc, but in your videos several people preparing food were not wearing gloves.
