Chat Customer service is the worst
If you have an issue with a course, don't expect to receive any help. Their mantra appears to be that the customer is always wrong. Paid for and attempted to take an hour long bloodborne pathogens course. Was kicked out midway through. Attempted it again, and it kicked me out again. I contacted chat to see if there was a problem with the course. They said, my internet is bad, I'm sitting idle too long, I closed out of the course. None of this was the case. They told me to try it again. So ...
