Horrible experience. Choose any provider but 2Checkout
Dealing with them is a nightmare, trust me when I say this, "Choose any provider but 2Checkout". Let me start by saying that I reside in India and submitted all the documents they asked in the merchant panel.Firstly, it took them ages to send me a reply that I need to submit an additional document. What really pisses me off is that they want me to submit a proof of the last 6 months transaction of my site. How can someone possibly give this proof when they have just published their ...

The most horrible company I have ever worked with in the last 10 years.Horrible, Disgusting, Not professional and I can keep on and on and on.Basically, they have a method:They freeze your money.Then they simply dont answer support emails.Or answer after a week ,or ask you to do something and after that the situation is not resolved. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.I bought a product at 55 dollars, but to My big surprice I recieved an orderconfirmtion in My inbox at 175 dollars. I had "bought" 3 additional products to My big surprice.I think i have written Them 10 emails and trying to reach Them by phone several times with out Any response at All. O stars from me🤨This company looks like a scam. Im still waiting for the 120 dollars the Owe me🤨
