Nicht vertrauenswürdiger Payment…

Nicht vertrauenswürdiger Payment Dienstleister. Habe eine Data Recovery Software bei UFS Explorer bestellt und eine Seriennummer für Version 5 bekommen, die wohl zu Windows NT Zeiten gültig war aber bei der aktuellen Version 7.x nicht funktioniert. Der Support schließt den Fall ohne Antwort als „Solved“. Keine sonstige Reaktion, so dass ich den Paypal Käuferschutz aktivieren musste mit noch offenem Ergebnis. Finger weg!!!

2Checkout is an "easy to set up", payment gateway that gives our customers the ability to pay us much easier! Their support is outstanding and they helped us quickly to get our query resolved.I would definitely recommend them for people that don't want to struggle when it comes to payment gateways!

What do you like best? 2 checkout It is a very versatile e-commerce platform, especially it is worldwide, this makes it one step further than payonner or PayPal. What do you dislike? Like everything good, it always has a heel of Achilles and this is that the monthly freight and per transaction is very high, this makes the product more expensive and discourages. My experience with 2checkout was patheitc. The donot reply to emails despite of sending multiple reminders. They have hold my money for ~ 2 months now and are neither responding nor replying to emails. I would recommend everybody to find an alternate payment gateway and donot use their service.

Being unfamiliar with your site and…

Being unfamiliar with your site and computer programs, in general, it was difficult to set up everything on your site. I still think there's a problem somewhere but I don't have hours to spend fixing program issues. I'll wait until the first client pays using your site then try to fix it. I think the setup can be more user friendly with step by step instructions. I found I didn't know what I was doing just completing site pages that I didn't understand.

zero support for their clients

zero support for their clients. instead of being a partner, they are an abusive payment processor that treats smaller clients like they should be grateful that they can process payments. They took 10 days to solve a ticket which basically put my account on hold.
