What do you like best? One of the few companies operating in Argentina
What do you like best? They operate in south american countries like Argentina, where other gateways do not give any support. They promptly reply to me inquiries and they always helped me in any problems I've had. They accept payment methods that are also available in Argentina such as Payoneer and Paypal as deposit methods. Worst customer experience.
So I created an account as I was comparing with other payment gateways, I found another one that I prefered.I wanted to delete my account from their website, impossible to do so in the settings. I contacted their support and they said from "compliance point of view", I cannot delete my account.Month have gone and I am still receiving almost daily marketing e-mails from them. I have submitted requests to speak to an agent to investigate opening an account.The only response I received was to be added to their email newsletter that I did not opt-in for.I called the phone number they provided on their newsletter but the automated answering system only circles back to the general mailbox - so I left a message anyways.Still no returned call.I really should not push to become a customer. Imagine if I had a problem?

It is all started promising with their support team with my queries until I have actually applied for an account with them.I explained that I have only just started my business but they still requested all kind of information about the business finance for the past 6 months. Ridiculous. I do not recommend 2checkout to the seller, they refund orders without seller notifications and customer disputes. Pannel is too difficult to understand. I have been using 2checkout since 2015, in the last 15 days, two orders refunded without my notification and customer disputes. Worst payment gateway, we work too hard for sales and after providing the services to customers, they refund the amount. The Ticket Number is 4884284.

Login problems
I could not access the dashboard because I got a new smartphone. My authenticator did not work on my new smartphone yet. I was stuck and decided to contact the 2Checkout Support Team to assist me. Dana A helped me within a few minutes. I could access my dashboard and set up the authenticator on my new phone immediately.Thanks for the good support 2Checkout!
