Unauthorized receipt for payment! Scam

I received a receipt for a payment to Movavi Slide Show Maker. I did not authorize this and don't know how 2Checkout got my credit card information. I have put a hold on my bank for payment. I did not authorize this charge. I will change my cred card number to avoid further scams!! August 30, 2020

What do you like best? The platform is mature and reliable. They always pay on time. Ordering form works well and looks good. Fraud screening works pretty well. Takes care of all taxes. I am happy with the customer service…but not the chargeback fees

I am happy with the customer service via email and 2Checkout's help with chargebacks and other inquiries. The one problem I have is the $25 chargeback fee when a customer makes a mistake and does not recognize the charge on their statement. Since I have no control on how my company name is presented on the credit card statement and the customer made the mistake, I do not feel I should still be charged the chargeback fee. These people are absolutely terrible they work with money but has no service, don't answer emails or phone calls, there's no activations of accounts, I think corona got to all of them they must be dead.
