That users don't need to download software to use. Makes it friendly for technophobes. The automated reminders and emails are helpful. The video quality isn't as good as Zoom. Also the recording files are too large to be useful and I have to edit in other software before sending to clients. The call quality is really top notch with this software. It makes for easy screensharing and seeing who you’re having a conversation with. Sometimes the person I’ve had a call scheduled with has had a hard time joining the call due to browser requirements. I wish there was some improvement on this end, perhaps letting people know once they’ve scheduled to double check their browser will work. Good product that could use more improvement

What I like the best about 24sessions is that it is cloud based, so you can access it through your web browser and it requires no download at all. Video chat quality is pretty good and a lot better than some of the other products that I've tried in the past. It gives me the opportunity of branding my own video call session.The most amazing thing with 24 session also is that it does not require any other party to install any software. I like 24sessions for it's easy setup and use. All it's features are amazing and I particularly like the video and audio quality I have nothing against 24sessions. It really deliver and give value for money 24sessions may look simple but it's very powerful and affordable. I highly recommend it With 24sessions, making audio and video calls is effortless.
