Accidently signed up for the american…
Accidently signed up for the american account, needed the Canadian account. Customer service was able to refund the american account easily and give me instructions to swap over. The whole process was easy and they were very helpful.

Exemplary tech support experience

Great experience with the support team, good and human communication
Always had a good experience with the 1Pass team, but sadly I decided not to use the service only due to subscription cost. Although this is my last request, the Support team was nice, and quick and gave me an additional Trial period to clean my vault.

1Password Has My Back
I was having trouble updating necessary billing information. I also somehow, unintentionally deleted my 1Password program. I immediately thought I had been hacked so I contacted my bank and 1Password for help. My bank assured me that my account was secure on their end. 1Password also assured me that my account was secure on their end. 1Password assisted me with updating my billing information and they helped me restore my 1Password program without any lost data. 1Password had my back.
