Speedy resolution - Happy Customer
I contacted 1Password as I had a problem with a feature that had created me some concern. I wasn't really expecting a swift response but am pleased to say they got back to me within an hour and after a short email exchange I received a detailed explanation of the issue and a very clear solution. Very impressed with the speed of resolution and the agents who contacted me. Happy Customer.

Great Product, Great Company+Absolute Dream Team Support system!
I have been with 1Password nearly since their launch, and they never fail to come through for me. If you are someone like me who is a technical illiterate, you need to RUN not walk to 1Password manager! I have never been hacked which was the sole purpose of using a password manager. In my humble opinion they have the best overall protection and support when ever you need them. They are always prompt and 100% focused in on getting you back up and running.
