Resolution of Duplicate Subcriptions
I had managed to duplicate my 1Password subscription, signing up both directly with 1Password and through my Apple account. When annual membership charges appeared from both companies on the same day, I reached out to 1Password for resolution. They quickly solved the problem by walking me through the steps to cancel the subscription through Apple and applying that charge as a credit on my 1Password account.

Their customer service team was super…
Their customer service team was super helpful. They responded quickly and provided a simple and efficient solution to my problem without any red tape. So many companies require you to follow up, jump through hoops, or "escalate" your problem to someone else. Kudos to them for being considerate and fast!
