Excellent product
Excellent product, well-integrated UI. I’ve been using for over a decade and it’s easily my favourite between lastpass, keypassx, iCloud Keychain, Mozilla, Bitwarden. Bitwarden has the best free offering, iCloud is great if you only use one appleid. 1Password is universally the best.

I had a difficult time getting started…
I had a difficult time getting started with 1Password (I’m not tech savvy) and tech support exchanged a number of helpful emails with me until I got on my feet. I am impressed with the time and patience they spent on me. I look forward to taking advantage of 1Password and know I can always get back to tech support for additional help.

Their customer service team was super…
Their customer service team was super helpful. They responded quickly and provided a simple and efficient solution to my problem without any red tape. So many companies require you to follow up, jump through hoops, or "escalate" your problem to someone else. Kudos to them for being considerate and fast!
