I had created my account in the US…
I had created my account in the US region instead of Canada. I was helped by Saif at 1password who guided me through the process of changing the region and helped me refund the amount I paid in USD. I am really happy that I was given a prompt and concise solution to my problem.

The best password manager
The best password manager! Even if a bit pricey, still worth every penny. Especially if you want to have a password manager for your family.

Kudos to 1Password customer support
Recently, I had a billing/credit question in connection with my 1Password account. I have been a 1Password client for several years now and I have always had very positive experiences with their Support function. In my experience, if I have a problem with my account, I simply email 1Password Support and request assistance. In turn, Support never fails to respond with a prompt and easily understood response. 1Password Support for me is another reason I am a satisfied client.

Mind-blowingly thorough support!
In a world where many companies want you to crowdsource support from a forum, 1Password's approach to providing true, classic tech support is refreshing. My recent support response from Elly was impressively thorough. It was evident that effort (including annotated screenshots), thought, reading comprehension, and care was put into the response. I hope they don't sell the company!

Super fast response and great support!
I received a response to my question within an hour and the issue was resolved shortly after that. It really wasn't a problem, I was just checking in to see if I could get a multi year renewal. The product has been very stable and saves me a lot of time and keeps my data secure. VERY happy with the product and the support teams that I've dealt with, an A+++++ operation!
