Excellent overall customer experience from their product to their support
Excellent customer experience overall from their product to their support, especially compared to my previous password manager from a major competitor in the industry. I wish I would have switched to them sooner. Matt in customer support is a rock star. I will recommend to any of my friends looking for the best password manager. Highly recommended from a guy with 20+ years in product management focused on maximizing the customer experience - they know how to do it right.

Just starting to install things on a newly acquired Mac ... This is one of the 1st tool I install, always. It is essential for safety, it is extremely well done and executed tool. UI is great, user experience does need to know and look around, but in the end all is safe, and this one password keeper is the only one you will ever need. I've found 1Password a great product overall
I've found 1Password a great improvement in securly managing my passwords both for work and in my personal life. 1Password support is is also excellent. I prompt and high quality help from a real, knowledgeable person who works for 1Password. This is a blessing when managing the 1Password account for my organization.
