The best support I can remember

I was in a bit of panic when I tried to upgrade my iPad to 1Password 8 and was locked out of all of my platforms. Password's email support was exceptional in my experience: No one gave me canned answers but tailored their responses directly to my problem. When further problems arose--mostly because of my errors--the agent I corresponded with never lost patience, was always elegantly clear and stuck with me in an open and friendly manner.
