I found Rob A to be a 5*** tech support rep!
I found Rob A to be extremely knowledgable & articulate. In a single session by phone we were able to reconcile anll of my +140 1PW items across my iPhone, iPad, Desktop & Laptop, & deleted a dated & redundant 1Password ver 4 from my Desktop, & finally, we were able to sync & consolidate all of my items within a single Personal vault across all of my devices. I’ve been a happy 1PW Customer for +10 years, I’m even happier now!
