2nd review: Mark-Shane Scale has been helpful for four months, and I MEAN four months. He has answered every question pronto, very courteously and patiently. I mostly don't even have on my screen what he recommends to try, but he still comes back with extra info. Very rarely do Customer Support teams of any brand I have used been this responsive. Support was extremely helpful
Support was extremely helpful. I had some issues migrating Lastpass over to 1Password and the support was very helpful. When I indicated I was migrating my family to 1Password I was given a discount even though my subscription to Lastpass was about to elapse.

Top of my list of Must Have Apps
There are only a few programs and apps that I consider to be "must have" and 1password in at the top of the list. I have used it for years and only recently have decided to dig into more of the features. Using only the basics at first worked perfect for me. Every time I've reached out to the 1password team with questions, they have responded promptly and went over the top in answering my questions and making sure I understood and feel comfortable with their answers.
