Excellent Support and Creative Problem-Solving
They followed up and helped me solve the problem I had. Even though they couldn't provide an immediate answer, they suggested creative solutions, kept me updated, and together we eventually found a solution.

I had an issue with my wife's shared account
I had an issue with my wife's shared account. She no longer remembered her password and I tried to get her back on track with no success. I contacted support and they were excellent in walking me through the recovery process! They were quick to respond and explained everything so it was easy to follow. They also made suggestions that made the account even better. Thank You!

Excellent Service!
I had an issue upgrading from an individual account to a family account. I reached out to customer service regarding my problem and they worked with me to have it resolved within a matter of an hour or so. My laptop died awhile back
My laptop died awhile back. Foolishly I hadn't understood about the Emergency Kit and hadn't saved it elsewhere. Thus, I no longer had the Secret Key in order to get onto my 1Password account. As I thought it was going to be a real headache to fix this problem, I avoided dealing with it....for entirely too long. Great Service
I was disputing a charge that was actually for a difference subscription. The 1Password agent did a great job of working this through for me. Of course, now I have to deal with the other company. Hopefully they are as responsive and timely as 1Password.
