Acc frozen after bought subscription
Bought the yearly subscription via apple and account was still frozen. Got in contact with the helpcenter via my old mailadress. In the end, my problem was solved within a few hours. Support team (Mel & Tom) answered within minutes. So everythin went fine for me.

Best password manager
Technical support is super quick. I've been using 1Password for more than two years. And now it was the first time I needed help with an invoice. They helped me with all my questions via email in less than half an hour. I can highly recommend this password manager. It's super friendly, cheap, and has great integrations in all your apps.
