Easy switch from LastPass
Easy switch from LastPass for anyone (like me) who is looking for a new password manager in the wake of LastPass's latest security mess. 1Password is offering to reimburse you for your remaining competitor subscription and all you need to do is submit your invoice. My LastPass subscription renewed in January and I got the entire remainder deducted from my 1Password bill before the end of the 1Password trial period. Importing all my passwords was quick and easy. Problem fixed
I couldn't import my file from Lastspass. I tried using your desktop app and it didn't work. I exported a file from Lastpass and your app said it didn't recognise the format (it was .csv). It asked if I wanted to send a diagnostic file and after I clicked yes it just took me to one of my open browser windows. You would think after all the problems with Lastpass you would have figured out how to make a seamless transition. Credit to the company - as the problem has now been fixed and I have ...

I've been a happy 1Password customer…
I've been a happy 1Password customer for a few years now, and I have nothing to complain about it! Before, I was suffering with password sync among devices and autofill. Also, the customer support is great, and I want to give shoot out to the great initiative for open-source projects. Keep up the good work!

I had older versions of the 1Password…
I had older versions of the 1Password program on different devices. The folks at 1Password stuck with me and guided me through the process of getting rid of unnecessary vaults, cleaning up my data, and getting all my platforms coordinated on the new 1Password 8 app.

The customer service team was awesome
The customer service team was responsive and incredibly helpful. I sent my initial email in the evening, after work, and got a reply the next morning. My concerns were addressed immediately. Great work and great customer service.

Best in App and Customer Service
1Password is one of the best password managers out there. The app experience is seamless whether on Android or Windows. If something doesn't work, there's at least three other ways to do it. Unlike the previous password manager that I used, I rarely have issues where I have to manually complete my logins. Not only that it stores tons of information as well as attached files for each item. App experience notwithstanding, their customer service is also fantastic. When I first started using ...
