Excellent support response time
I was able to quickly and easily signup, and support was very responsive in getting me a credit for an invoice paid to my (now deleted) old password manager.

Excellent Customer Service
Rob & Kristen were very helpful in looking into my inquiry about the promotion which would allow me to switch from my previous password manager to 1password. They shared precise information that would allow for the seamless transfer and usage of the promotion. Overall its a hassle free experience for me. Free year's sub after x-fer from LastPass
I came over from LastPass. When I showed a receipt for a year's subscription at LastPass, 1password gave me a year's subscription for free. This made the move painless.
