An awesome on onboarding experience
An awesome on onboarding experience, very friendly customer support executives and overall a well thought app UI/UX. Simple and clever features, easy to use. That is how a password manager has to be. Kudos to the team!!

Great software and customer support, but without lifetime licence.
I had some issues migrating from v6 to v8, but the problems were resolved quickly and pleasantly thanks to customer support. Well done, keep up the excellent work. The software is good, but the business model is not so much. They don't have a lifetime license anymore, and you have to stick with them if you don't want to migrate all your items to another software platform.

Full refund, no asterisk!
I was looking for a new password manager, and the import from LastPass feature from 1Password attracted me. I seen that there was also a credit in case I decided to switch from LP, and I was sure "yeah, sure, it will be just a month...". I was a little sad because I recently renewed my LP subscription. But then the surprise, I actually got credited for a full year off! Kudos to you folks. Cost apart, I've been using 1Password for a couple of days and man am I in love with it... I feel I ...

They were very sweet
They were very sweet. I felt bad for forgetting my password and it was a bummer that I had to create a new account. With their help it wasn't so bad though. I was able to copy all my stuff over to a new account and it's like nothing happened.

Wonderful Experience with 1Password Customer Support
I had a wonderful experience with several members of the 1Password Customer Support Team; in particular I would like to recognize and say thank you to Wahid H. and Mark-Shayne Scale. There were several issues going on, including saving all of my log ins/passwords/data from my old iPhone. Wahid was able to recover all of my data, a HUGE relief, and was also to successfully unfreeze my account twice.
