Customer support is great
Customer support is great. They responded immediately to my problem of how to convert a family account to a single-user account. Instructions were clear and concise and their follow up was excellent.

I have tried a few password managers…
I have tried a few password managers over the years, but 1password ticks all the boxes for me. I install it on all my OS's, Linux, macOS & if I have to, Windows. Works fine on my IOS and Android devices.

Customer service has been rockstars
Customer service has been rockstars. I interacted with 3 different individuals and they were all unfailingly polite, concise, and thorough in addressing my concern (which must be said was totally on me- no issues with any process, procedure, or technology 1Password provided).

Very easy to migrate existing LastPass…
Very easy to migrate existing LastPass vault into 1Password. Improved security and being able to leverage remaining LastPass subscription on 1Password made the decision easy.

I got sick and tired of LastPass not…
I got sick and tired of LastPass not working. I've been looking for another password manager for a while. I got recommended 1Password and decided to look at it. I applied for a trial via the chatbot and found out about 1Password paying the remainder of my old password manager's contract. I uploaded my previous invoice and got 50% the first year! Wow. Exceeded my expectations. Now I have a family plan; previously I only had an individual plan for myself.

1Password credited me for switching from Lastpass. I got 50% off since I was about halfway through my subscription with LP. Easy to do, just emailed an invoice!
