1Password ... super support for a super product!
Just as the ratings and reviews say, 1Password is a user-friendly, comprehensive, and effective service. I should have switched from my old password manager long ago. 1Password made the change exceptionally easy, fast, and pleasant. 1Password Support was the best! Replies to my emails were prompt, friendly, on target, and clear. A all-around great experience!

Great Technical Support!
As a new 1Password user, I had trouble importing from another password manager using the provided import feature. Sent the details to 1Password support without expecting a response. Much to my surprise I received a very prompt and helpful response with instructions and access to a beta version intended to fix the problem. Then received a follow up email with more information and setup/usage suggestions. The best support experience I’ve had in a long time!

Great customer service
I reached out to 1Password support regarding my impending subscription and received a prompt reply. My question was answered fully and included a generous offer in case I could not take advantage of the subscription offer I had. My question was resolved in that one email and I also received a follow up the next day making sure my inquiry was resolved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 1Password to others based on my experience so far.
