Best Customer support and great app too

My son told me about this app and when I first set it up I didn't finish long story short I forgot the one password I needed to know, I was guided by the onepassword team on how to delete the account and set up another one and they also helped me transfer my annual subscription to the new account I created also i'm learning to setup the account from my son as I am not tech savy.....p.s my son wrote this review as me so all in all good app and good tech support, I and my son highly recommend😉

Slightly complicated issue resolved quickly and effortlessly

My issue was a bit more complicated than a typical support ticket. Switching payment providers from a third party vender over to direct billing required a few less-than-intuitive steps, but everyone on the 1Password support team communicated extremely clear steps in a friendly and patient manner, helping me to reach a solution right away.

Moved from LastPass

I recently have made the move from Lastpass to 1Password. On the way, I tried out NordPass as well. My onboarding experience with 1Password has been very straightforward and it's been a pleasure working with the app thus far. Robust but not labyrinthine. My interactions with the support team have been prompt and effective. I'm happy to move my business to a solid organization. A word of advice to 1Password, do not let yourself be bought by LogMeIn. ;-)

Support from 1Password: competent, kindly, helps immediately

Last weekend I became a big problem with the two-factor authentication of 1Password caused by myself. I was not able to solve this problem. Then I informed you and discribed my problem. My experience with your support was a real highlight. You are not only competent and very kind, you want to help your customer immediately and do so. My problem was solved in a very, very short time.
