Great Support from a First-in-Class Password App
I am a long-time customer of 1Password and they always respond to questions and concerns quickly. They are very open to customer suggestions and want to grow and improve the product. I see them as the stand-out application in password and critical document storage. Highly recommended. Thanks guys !

I needed help to switch from a password…
I needed help to switch from a password manager to 1password and the support via email was quick, responses were clear and i didn't have any problem following the directions i was sent and be a new subrscriber with a discount due to my previous subscription migration! Amazing support!

I tried a few other password managers…
I tried a few other password managers and found them difficult to work with (Disclaimer: I am 75 yrs old and do not work well with apps or people) Not so with 1Password. While complicated for me, support was great! I was able to keep a dialog going and they solved my issues. If a company has slow or robot type support, I detest them. I have to use the app more for a more complete opinion, but 1Password is my choice.
