Great customer service
I have been using 1Password for a few years now. It is very to use. Very secure and passwords as well as other important information can be categorised easily. There Customer service is top class. Immediate responses to email. Buy the paid version you will not regret it.

Very quick and friendly support. They helped me to get everything started and gave me a 50% coupon. Their Apps are, in my opinion, the best available. Very good UX on Android and Linux.

First-rate support experience
I was experiencing an issue with logging into 1Password on my new iPhone (to be clear, it was a user issue, not a product issue). I emailed the 1Password support team seeking assistance and Pierre got back to me almost right away. Pierre's response was thorough, friendly and - most importantly - helped me resolve my issue.
