Customer service beyond my expectations!
I have been using 1Password since they started. I recently got a new iPad and had to upgrade to 1Password 8. To be truthful I was frustrated 1Password 7 was not an option anymore it just did not meet my needs anymore. I contacted support and discussed upgrading to 8 and the support team blew my mind. Very helpful support during the upgrade process from a stand-alone license to a subscription version, including ensuring all data was transferred correctly, and no sensitive data was left lying around.

What do you like best about 1Password? 1Password is an easy to use password manager that serves a vital function in our organization. Not only does it encourage strong passwords but it also helps users not repeat the same password in multiple places. There are also a variety of Admin tools and reports that you can use to help keep your environment safe.
