Great software and a support team that rocks!
I've been using 1Password since I can remember making accounts on the internet. Always very satisfied with the smooth interface. I recentely locked myself out of my account after switching phones after a phishing attack. You can image the stress this caused because all my logins were unreachable. Being a veteran designer who uses 1Password to manage hundreds of passwords and Id's for many years on my old iMac and iPhone X I faced a situation that I won't be able to upgrade my application beyond version 7. Change from version 4.6 to 8
I had the problem to switch from version 4.6 to version 8. The import was difficult because there was such a big version difference. I had almost resigned myself to having to transfer all data manually. But then I asked for support and it was explained to me step by step how I can migrate my data to the new version. This worked fantastically, on my Mac and also on my Windows PC. Great support - thank you
